Property Maintenance
Maintaining your rental property is our priority
We strive to ensure that when a property is handed back at the end of a tenancy, it’s in the best possible condition. We achieve this goal through pro-active property management.
Our open communication policy encourages tenants to report any small issues before they become big problems. We monitor the condition through regular tenant correspondence and quarterly inspections, then market-leading software allows us to process these issues in an efficient and timely way, resolving them in the optimum manner for owners and tenants.
Our in-house maintenance department can take care of smaller issues for you, giving them immediate attention. For larger and more skilled jobs, becoming a Pure Property owner means gaining access to long-standing relationships with a network of qualified tradespeople. These skilled contractors are on-hand 24/7 and are just a phone call away for more urgent problems such as a burst pipe.
Maintenance can be expensive – when you choose to work with Pure Property, we’ll discuss the expense level at which you’d like to be consulted when it comes time for those essential repairs and maintenance – and then we’ll organise it all for you.
There’s no charge for organising and managing regular property maintenance, it’s all part of the service. When the time comes for more thorough renovations, our team are here to be your on-the-ground project managers (at additional cost).
