Pure Property launches into the Queenstown property management market today, heralding a fresh brand in this competitive sector. Pure Property is a rebrand of hoamz to rent, a property management company established in the Queenstown-Lakes district since 2005 with a large portfolio of residential rentals. The rebrand focuses on the core propositions of great returns, smart solutions and sound advice for its customers across its new logo, positioning and website.

Alongside the new brand, business processes have moved onto industry-leading software enabling property managers to improve communication with owners and tenants and providing clear and concise financial reporting. Owners are invited to login to the software to monitor their rental property performance from the comfort of their own home. An office move tops off the changes, with the business operating out of 10 Athol Street in central Queenstown.
